After including the development charges of almost 5 lacs, it cost 29.90 lacs. The second booking of the same 5 Marla plots was launched at the price of 30 lacs. The second booking was also launched on the easy installments plan. Some of the installments of this new deal are already paid however, there is an own price of 2 lacs to 3 lacs on these plots.
